Der Duschvorhang sollte ersetzt werden durch eine Duschkabine. Man kann noch so vorsichtig sein und trotzdem läuft Wasser in das Bad, absolute Rutsch Gefahr, siehe mein Mann der gestürzt ist.
Vom Putzen war es soweit gut, nur der Heizkörper im Bad war verstaubt und es lagen lange schwarze Haare dort. Wir haben beide kurze Haare.
Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Einfach und unkompliziert , das ist echt klasse.
Da startet der Urlaub entspannt und reibungslos.
Freundlich , unkompliziert , flexibel !
Die Abwicklung war super angenehm und so freundlich. Das macht Spaß.
Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen ruhigen Lage . Leider sind die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig.
Leider passte unser Auto nicht in die Tiefgarage , duplex- Garage. Wir mussten also immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe suchen.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Jedoch sollte man schwindelfrei für die Nutzung der Treppe für das sogenannte Schlafzimmer (Gallerie) sein.
Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden. Sie steht im Keller und ist gegen Entgeld nutzbar (50 Centstücke sammeln).
Sehr positiv: genügend Bügel vorhanden.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Es lohnt sich wirklich diese FeWo länger als für eine Nacht zu nutzen. Grundreinigung ist etwas teuer, aber das es vermutlich der Corona Situation geschuldet. Tolle Maisonette Wohnung und super Lage. 10 Minuten max. zu fuß zum Strand.

dieses Jahr ist alles anders.
allso haben wir unseren geplanten Sommerurlaub Ende September an die Ostee verlegt, in Kurzform. auf der suche nach einer Unterkunft sind wir auf diese kleine Ferienwohnung gestoßen und haben uns sofort verliebt.
Leider ist nicht alles so wie beschrieben Tiefgarage super, ja aber wir konnten unser Auto nicht dort abstellen. Parkplätze mit doppelter Nutzung (Hebebühne) die zweit Belegung hatte Ihr Auto nicht richtig geparkt und so konnten wir unser Auto nicht dort Parken. Es fühlte sich keiner sorichtig zuständig - dann müssen Sie Ihr Auto wo anders Parken - schade.
Wir hatten sehr viel große Spinnweben in der Wohnung und das Wlan ging auch nicht.
wir hatten Urlaub und es waren ja nur Kleinigkeiten.
Deshalb nicht die volle Punktzahl.
würden trotdem wieder kommen.
