"The room seemed clean until we stumbled upon an empty can of alcohol beneath the bed where we had dropped our phone. The pool was dirty, I think the pumps were off or broken. There was dead flys floating in pool and debris. Pool towels are indeed hand sized towels so beware.Staff was nice and friendly, and breakfast was nice."

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."

"Excellent space with plenty of room and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, but close to several shops and restaurants on Campbell. Very comfortable and surprisingly cool in the Tucson heat. Loved sitting out on the patio in the morning, sipping coffee, listening to the doves and watching the lizards scurry between the rocks. Liz was super nice and a great communicator."

"The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot."

"What a wonderful property! It is in an ideal location that made it easy to explore the parks and hiking areas. It was also convenient to Albertson grocery. The home has a lovely AZ room with tons of natural light which we enjoyed every evening."

"My husband and I absolutely loved this vacation home! It was so relaxing to be able to sit with the family and have game night or lounge and just watch the hummingbirds with the fantastic mountain view. The pool was amazing! Be sure to opt for heating in the cooler months. It's definitely worth it! The kitchen had everything I needed to meal prep. Now I'm on my way home with a suitcase of clean laundry and less stress. The host was very responsive and informative. I look forward to booking again! "
