"I had a really great stay at this apartment in Leipzig. The place itself was beautiful, modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The neighborhood was fantastic as well, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and interesting spots nearby, which made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the local atmosphere. For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet."

"Location suitable for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast at sister hotel was good. We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...
