“Very friendly owner and convenient location. Unfortunately the room was very dirty (stained sheets with hair in them), stained towels, lots of dirt on the floor. The bed has a single mattress that was very firm. The location is near a busy road so noise wasn't ideal. Breakfast was good but overall wasn't worth the room issues.”
