Cette maison nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement Le chauffage en cette saison est très onéreux (2 convecteurs d’origine pour la pièce principale......) donc difficile à chauffer La situation est agréable et la maison est bien équipée tant en équipement ménager, vaisselles et literie Dommage que l’on paie les frais d’agence 2 fois : 1 fois à Abritel et une fois à l’agence Eurocean (= Cécile et Gérald)

Très belle région. Location parfaitement équipée et bien située à 45 minutes à pied de Lacanau-Océan. Petit bémol, la tondeuse du golf tout les matins 15 minutes vers 6h30.
