You will be staying in a duplex apartment called "Duplex Ortal" which is a 4-room apartment spanning 71 square meters over two levels on the first floor. The comfortable and beautiful furnishings include a dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, and an electric heater. There is an exit leading to a terrace with an east-facing position. One room contains a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and a toilet on this level. The upper floor has one room with sloping ceilings and 1 x 2 bunk beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. Another room on this level has sloping ceilings and a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with another shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a small balcony of 2 square meters with a west-facing position and a large terrace of 30 square meters with an east-facing position.
