"I was told by the front desk that this property is 5 years old, but it felt brand new. It had a "big hotel" feel thanks to the lobby, which is airy and welcoming. It's the first place you encounter off the highway, and it looks out on a vast expanse of nothingness (ok, desert vista), which is lovely. Very reasonable dog policy and there's a nice place to walk dogs on Navajo Blvd. Room was spotless and comfortable, nice big counter space in bathroom, good quality pillows (not wimpy) and linens, great shower. Practically across the street is the Bienvenidos restaurant, which is absolutely adorable inside and had the nicest waitresses and a very big menu. I've done five cross-country road trips in the last 3 years and this was my favorite stop by far. "
