“Ich war mit dem Zimmer, der Lage des Hotels, mit dem Personal, dem Frühstück, der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. sehr zufrieden. Den Wellness-Bereich habe ich aus Zeitmangel nicht genutzt. Mir hat aber ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Wasserkocher für Tee und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gefehlt. Das ist eigentlich Standard.”

“On the plus side, the room was spacious and clean. However, several of the staff were quite rude and we did not feel at all welcome. The building is also a retirement home, and I felt that was the main focus and that the hotel was just a side hustle. Breakfast is advertised until 10, but the limited buffet is not replenished after about 9.30, and on the 5 mornings we were there it was very depleted by 9.45. We were disappointed to be advised by email a few days before our visit that the swimming……
