"Good location for doing Atlantic way and ring of kerry. Nice to be slightly outside of kilarney. Staff friendly and spa nice. Hotel could do with a bit of maintenance in the spa area, x1 steam room and outside jacuzzi were out of service. The two main jacuzzis in pool, only put bubbles out in one location. The spa treatments were fab would recommend that and spa staff very helpful. We stayed at the reserve, rooms very warm, kitchen area could do with a refresh on the job and the sink, but clean and comfy and secure."

"Agnes was excellent in communicating with us. The location is remote and we loved it. The only issue was a mouldy smell when we first walked in, which seemed to be there the whole time we were at the cottage. It was hard to work around that. Also, the upstairs shower does not have any fan so the moisture stays in the room for ever and towels and things don’t dry in that shower room. Overall, we enjoyed the place, but people should be warned about the mouldy smell when they walk in. The drive-in is something else. Very picturesque and challenging to drive. I enjoyed it actually."
