"The bones of the place were very nice. It's set-up to be cozy and comfortable. However, running communications through a middleman management company is never fun. Answers to questions are not directly addressed. The views from the outer lounge area are not really 'ocean view picture ready'. Telephone poles and lines and limited views through a clearing in the tree's. The hot tub worked great and was a nice addition."

"This property was everything we had hoped for and much more. The decor felt like a charming B&B with nice finishing touches. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the game room had all the amenities we enjoy. The house was so comfortable, and the backyard was the absolute best. The hosts definitely went out of their way to ensure we had a very nice visit. The area was so well suited for us. The reason for our trip (May 2026) was a college graduation at Cal Poly Humboldt, located an hour south of the property. But having been there last year, we decided we didn't need the closeness of Arcata & Eureka. We spent a day at the mouth of the Klamath and saw a very large brown bear which was exciting. Spent a day at Fern Canyon and Prairie Creek. Another day was spent at Trees of Mystery. Weather could not have been more perfect. We felt very welcome staying on the reservation. We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend the hosts enough. Very attentive hosts and clean house. Book it and you'll enjoy it. Jill"

"This is an excellent property. We were only 2 people with a dog in a large comfortable house, with a functional hot tub and a beautiful view. The house and hardware is older, but everything is in perfect and pristine condition. The couches are dangerously comfortable, clean and in beautiful condition. The decks have several places to sit in chairs with cushions; a large group could spread out here, while all take in the view. We only used the king bedroom and bathroom. The bed was satisfactory and the dual-sink bathroom was excellent. Shower pressure was divine. Internet was great, though we did not use the TVs. The grill was brand new, easy to use and there is a spare tank, which I find critical. The yard is a bit smaller than expected but fine for us & the dog. The location is the middle of parks and beaches (2 within view of the decks), and the road that goes by the house is nearly untraveled. Kitchen seemed very well equipped with a bit of oil, seasonings and sugar. Large fridge. Huge new looking laundry machines. We are considering bringing a larger group later in the year. This is an excellent property."

"It is a great location and the house was amazing. The views and the cleanliness of the house was the best. The only reason why it isn't a 5 star is because the wifi went in and out at times, the drain in the kitchen sink was really slow, the bathroom sliding door was off the hinges, and the living room tv did not work. The amenities in the house was great. If we come back to the area, we will definitely choose this home again. Beautiful, charming, quiet, clean, peaceful. We also saw a bunch of wildlife which our daughters loved."
