“The worst week spent there. They advertised a gell mattress and it was hard as a rock. It felt like a board underneath. We called about my room not being cleaned and was told that I have to request that. Expedia called the front desk and they told them a manger would be in contact with me. Never happened. The towels were so hard it scratched my skin. Let's say that I left with a bad back and a rash.”

“The place has been sold to a new owner. It’s no longer E Apartments. I only found out when I got there after making my booking online. And the prices are not the same as the new place is more expensive than E Apartments. And the staff were of no help whatsoever when I told them what was going on. They basically ignored me.”
