Booked Eko Hotel because I wanted the best customer service, environment and was concerned for safety and security. They really exceeded my expectations. It was an amazing experience. I love the fact that its essentially like a resort and you do not necessarily have to leave the compound to experience various cuisines and entertainment

Overall, a good 6 night stay at the Eko Gardens. The hotel is in overall, good condition, with the highlight being the staff and excellent service by them. Definately would live there again. Overall, a good value for money. A pleasant stay. The hotel property is well secured with no issues surrounding feeling safe.

Very comfortable complex of hotels with different quality level, nice restaurants at site and lovely roof top bar and restaurant. A bit worn at some. Spots but overall a good and save place to live.

Room was in good condition. Check in went smoothly. Unfortunately I travelled to the island to make use of the steam and sauna. But even at checked in , I was told the steam was okay. It was not until when I got there that I discovered the steam was not working and had been for weeks, the duty manager did not seem to be aware. Upon complaining the manager at the garden did try to make it good by offering me lunch. Which I decided to accept, shame I was not a big eater. But the buffet was ok. I hope the steam will be up and running soon. One thing I have learnt in Nigeria is Always call to the hotel to make sure things are working and still as advertised.

The property is in need of urgent renovation. The area around where they have the lift needs urgent repair as there are signs of mold on the roof, paint peeling off walls, paints on walls appears dirty/old. The rooms are neat, super cozy and comfortable, quiet. Staff are polite and friendly.

Air-conditioning was okay. Hygiene standard was fine. Room cleaned well. Had moved rooms twice because of issues with each room. The rooms are not sound proof so area was very noisy at times and distracting. Each time someone opens thier door it closes with a loud bang. Could hear their staff speaking in hallways and others - no peace and quiet.

Nothing. I was disappointed, having had high expectations based on what I thought I knew about Eko Hotels. WiFi didn’t work well, trips off at will. Safe was broken. Slow response on complaints made to the receptionist.
