A pleasant stay at Movenpick, the facilities were good, the staff excellent and a credit to the establishment, facilities were good, areas for improvement, shower was temperamental so it was hard to get a good warm flow, pool looked tired , apart from those 2 points it was a good experience, very secure and central location, will definitely recommend, I rate this 4 stars, but the staff are definitely 5 star willing to go above and beyond and am asset to the organisation, I hope they get the recognition they deserve

Was great 7 nights at movenpick , with friendly staff and good food. Pricey but very convenient. The check out was however very stressful, and my payment and account closing took more than 1hr at the desk and we are yet to get refund on deposits, maybe due to system changes. Great proximity to many places and less lagos traffic

Guys . This is the best hotel on Victoria Island Island period! Same quality, Same insane level of cleanliness, same amazing customer service over for 2 years now speaks to something about them. In the 2 years , I tried others. Movenpick, Sheraton 4 seasons…… I always find my way back

Well done Mövenpick

I was here for five days. By the time I left I felt every staff member was a friend. My trip was purely for fun and the hotel was a perfect compliment to my stay. My compliments to Simon the General Manager for providing an excellent staff. I can’t wait to come back.

Dated rooms that need a refurb. They are adequate for a short stay, but if I was given this room in a 4* hotel in most other countries I would have complained.

Very good

Staff are trained and couteous. Room is well cleaned and smells clean too. Overall i usually have a good time every time i am in Lagos for work. The only issue is the long wait for an order when dining in the room, please get more hands in the kitchen as it appears there are just a few people attending to over 200 guests

I had an amazing stay at Movenpivk Hotel. First off, it had excellent security. There are guards at the gate 24/7 and staff stationed on each floor at night. The facilities are nice and clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. They were able to assist me with anything I needed. The gym is large and open 24/7. It is one of the nicest hotel gyms that I’ve seen in Nigeria. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and comes with a chef that makes omelets. I was able to have plantain, yam, and egg sauce every morning! Rooms are clean and quiet. Room service menu had a lot of good options. I didn’t take advantage of the pool, but I saw some other patrons enjoying it. Overall, an excellent experience!

The environment was good, but the room was non-conducive. Our room was hot, and the air conditioner refused to get cold. We called maintenance, but nothing happened for two nights.

Overall a good stay. Nice hotel, very convenient, reception, housekeeping and room service staff were very friendly/professional and the hotel has decent amenities. However what I feel lets them down is the restaurant staff and wi-fi! The staff in the restaurant are not attentive, they just walk around aimlessly whilst guests/visitors are waiting to be seated or want to order. The dinner buffet is very good though, breakfast not so much; the food was often cold and tasteless. I had major issues with connecting to the wifi which was very frustrating.

Staff asking me to wait when my Uber is already there just to see if I took any drink from the fridge is a little weird. If I can pay you such an amount to stay in your hotel why you think I m interested in your drinks . I made it known to the receptionist that they have to device a way to check for it instead of asking someone to wait until you confirm a drink in the fridge.

I arrived at 5:45pm and my room was not ready. Really unacceptable since I had a function to go to that night. They did not give any explanation. Just kept on telling me they were getting the room ready. I had to wait 30 mins.
