「After checking in and receiving directions to this apartment, the staff member admitted they had never been to this rental before and couldn’t give us better or more specific instructions. It took us a while to find and once we did, we couldn’t park at the building because the lot required a parking code we didn’t receive. No problem we were only passing through for one night so we parked at the lot behind it and carried our suitcases because rolling them wasn’t possible due to the streets...

「The house was fine and as described, the check in was not easy and very confusing, the master bed was terrible and the outdoor furniture was old and broken, which was never looked after. The main complaint we had was there were ants everywhere, they had sprinkled white powder in every corner inside and out so you had to be careful where you walked, but it didn’t help, ants were everywhere and even in my bed at one point. I was very upset about the money we had paid and our vacation was turning...
