「Staff were very accomodating... knows how to deal with my concerns」

「Un peu sale, équipements désuets et pas toujours fonctionnels, par exemple la douche, les sanitaires, la climatisation très bruyante, télévision de mauvaise qualité pour l'image et le son; nombreux insectes dans la chambre; très bruyant la nuit, beaucoup de paroles élevées dans les couloirs; des cris d'enfants en pleine nuit; aucune isolation phonique...」

「Very convenient. Easy access to public transport. The room is clean and good size. The only thing i do not like is the smell of the room when i first time i arrived. The fumes of cigarette or tobacco was so strong. It seems like the nicotine sticks on the wall. You have to bring your own disinfectant and a good smell rubbing alcohol to neutralised the smell. Over all rating from me, it is very good. 」

「Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

「I booked a 3 night stay for my mom, sister and nieces who were traveling from the province. My niece did not registered the guest names as instructed and my family from Bicol were on their way to Manila. I called the caretaker and he gave me the contact of the owner to get the QR code. However, I wasn’t able to talked to him because we’re on different time zone. To make the story short, my niece showed up at the place without the rest of the family and the caretaker help my niece registered...
