It's the best! The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. And we love the location, too. We've stayed in a number of the units and almost all of them are outstanding. We'll definitely be back! We have been going here for ten years and never fail to be impressed by everyone we come in contact with. Terry and Diane are amazing...always helpful and accommodating...and you can hear the smile in their voices when talking to them on the phone. We're so glad we found the Ridge Condos!

1924 is a very nice condo in an excellent location. Great views, well equipped and clean. We can't imagine a better location for a visit to west Maui. All our communication with Ridge Realty was good. Our questions were answered and we received several informative emails prior to our visit with information about the resort, the condos and the general area. The check-in/checkout was easy and efficient.

It was an unusual year due to Coronavirus. They were helpful. Terry felt morally responsible for giving us a refund when we left early due to Coronavirus. I have always found Ridge Realty to be responsive and helpful. They provide a helpful amount of complimentary items in the condo to get us going.

We totally enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to staying in the condo next year. The unit is clean, has a great view, and is comfortable. They have great beach chairs and an umbrella. I have had nothing but great experiences working with the Ridge Realty Team. Any repairs were completed right away. Questions about booking the condo for next year were handled promptly. Ridge Realty is very accommodating and helped me get the unit I wanted at a more affordable price.
