Our one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps up to three guests and is tastefully decorated and tiled throughout.

Relax in front of the flat-screen TV, unwind in the newly remodeled walk-in shower, or take a nap in the queen bed cooled by the A/C or gentle breeze of the ceiling fan. You will love waking up every morning to the breathtaking view of the ocean and distant islands.

Beautiful Property

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Green Sea Turtles in the water and on the beach every day. We saw spinner dolphins, and enjoyed using the lending library on site. On site staff were so helpful and friendly. It was truly a pleasure to stay at Kuleana Resort.

Lovely!

This is a great little condo. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. It is away from the busiest areas, which our family prefers, but only a short drive to them if that's your thing. The condo is quaint, clean, and has everything you would need in it. The highlight of this place though is THE VIEW! The picture in the listing does not lie. The view of the ocean is incredible out of this place. We stayed in February and had the patio doors open most of the time so we could listen to the ocean and watch the whales play.

It was a beautiful view. Great location and very friendly neighborhood. The only concern was there were ants everywhere. Our second day there the complex had pest control spraying but it didn’t really help. It’s tropical so it is to be expected. 10/10 will stay again but bring ant spray.

Beautiful stunning view from lanai. Didn’t like high top table for seating on lanai - uncomfortable but was good view. Unit may need deep clean but was definitely cleaned. It was a great vacation rental. Fully stocked in the kitchen. Everything worked well - appliances. Nice touch to have beach chairs and snorkel etc. beach towels were great. Laundry was very convenient. Beach is small but nice - turtles everyday and even a seal swam by, lots of fish right here. Pool is excellent - big and clean. All areas of the property are well maintained and BBQ was easy to use. Definitely a top choice for this area.

Will come back, but gotta fix that air conditioner!

Extraordinarily view from the balcony. Such a great place to stay and work with that view. WiFi worked great, making working from this place amazing. Coin operated laundry worked well (they even had soap dispensers and a machine to convert notes to coins). The property is beautifully landscaped. Just be aware of ants and don't leave food lying around on tables like you would in the continental US. Other reviewers had the same complaint about the air conditioner and the issue has not been addressed. It simply doesn't work well. It's extremely loud (even at the lowest fan setting). This is problematic at night when the thermostat kicks out (dead silence) and then kicks in again (loud sound enough to wake anyone from their sleep). When the thermostat kicks out, the temperature rises way too much before it kicks in again (it becomes so warm that I start sweating). Clearly, the thermostat tolerance is too high. Other than this, this is a great place and I highly recommend it!

This space was perfect for our trip to Maui! Prime location with easy access to multiple parts of the island! We really appreciate the use of chairs and boogie boards! The view doesn't get any better - waking up each day to see the beautiful Hawaii waters! Thanks again for such a great stay!!

Worth a stay

This is a pretty decent condo. We've stayed at the complex before, but never this unit. Complex is great, has a wonderful beach for relaxing/snorkeling, a pool that's easy to access, BBQ to use. The unit is okay, but the doors didn't slide open/closed and we had an issue with the blender (it was pretty moldy and never cleaned). On-site staff was helpful in reimbursing us for a replacement blender we sought out. I hope they fix the issues going forward.

This unit at the Kuleana is my least favorite

I’ve stayed at the Kuleana many many times. It’s our favorite place to stay when wanting to be low key in Maui. Unit is strictly a rental with no charm unlike other units we have stayed in. There are no upgrades and the place “feels” like a rental. All other units we have stayed in have charm like a guest book, cool art, updated counters and lighting etc.

Just as advertised.

The description of this condo online is just as it is in person; was a great fit for my wife and I. The grounds and entire property is well-maintained and a little larger than it looks on the website. The style of the units is laid back and fits the landscape nicely compared to the high-rise units down in Kaanapali. Lots of beautiful flowers and plants of all sorts.

Das Apartment ist genau so schön und geschmackvoll, wie es die Fotos zeigen. Vom uneinsehbaren Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick und kann sogar Wasserschildkröten beobachten. Genügend Handtücher und Pooltücher, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Zentral gelegen, direkt hinter dem schönen warmen Pool. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber, hübsch und sehr gut gepflegt.
