「We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. The bungalow had an unusual smell and very little lighting, which made the experience less enjoyable than we had anticipated. What was presented as an upgrade didn’t necessarily feel like one. I also would not recommend renting a cabana. In my opinion, it simply isn't...

「Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!」

「I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at.」

「Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept.」

「Everything was great !」

「客房寬敞明亮、浴室設備老舊使用不方便、游泳池相關設施很好，餐點選擇不多」

「I chose the wrong check-in time and wanted to change it but no one was working」

「The condo was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The view looking out the window overlooks the lovely hills making sunrise a sight to see. Communication was excellent. Beach chairs and small coolers are provided which made beach days more enjoyable with a boogie board. The condo was stellar. Only drawback in this trip was the elevator was not working which made it tough for a senior citizen to carry luggage up the stairs. However a nice gentleman offered to help...
