Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave clean all cups, dishes pots and cafeteria pot. Place the garbage bags in the containers outside.
Leave the used towels and bed sheet on top of the used beds. Verify that no items are left behind, since we are not responsible once you checkout the unit.
Turn off the A/C unit. Ensure the tank gas outside valve is close and all stove gas and oven knobs are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very Clean & Great Location

There were very clear and helpful instructions on how to reach the property, which was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. The location was great, and close walking distance to nearby restaurants, bars, and snorkeling.

Perfect location for bioluminescence

We used the room to relax before our bioluminescence tour, and to shower and change afterwards. We intended to stay because we read the mountain roads are difficult, but being from Colorado, we decided to drive back to our other condo instead. The AC worked well, and would have been a perfect place to sleep.

Great Location

Place is within walking distance from all restaurants and water sports in La Parguera, which was really convenient. Small place, but comfortable. Godd AC and ceiling fan helps with the heat. I recommend this place.

Perfectly situatated apartment.

This was a great apartment. It was in a very safe area and we walked down into the little town area. The manager was very responsive to every request and question. Thank you!

Simple Accommodations but Great Location1

We loved our stay at this simple bottom floor unit. The kitchen was relatively well stocked and we made our own breakfasts each morning. Beds were comfortable. The shower did not get "hot" but warm enough. Having the garage area for our rental SUV was very nice. There isn't much fancy about this place, but the location was great. Just close enough to the downtown to walk over, but quiet enough at night that you won't be annoyed by all the music that plays.Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and owner communicated very clearly with us. Recommend.
