“Room is comfortable ad excellent design, ideal for short stays. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again - top marks!!”

“First, it was hard to find the check in location. When we got to place, it was an apartment shared by multiple customers. When I stepped in the apartment, got screamed by a dude in the kitchen telling me to take off my shoes. The receptionist who accompanied us to the property tried to resolve the situation by going back to the office to figure out something. It was already a long day in car so we didn't want to deal with this, so we drove to the Elephant Hotel next door for a fast checkin and……

“Water stopped working first night - pretty bad.”

“Overall just a tired place, feels like the staff, grounds and bathrooms/rooms need a cracker under them to liven the place up when calling the place Resort status.”

“Everywhere really old, partially complete worn-out very dirty carpets. Super noisy from outside traffic. And they were not able to read/manage my special vegetarian request for breakfast. It‘s never worth the rating nor the money i had to pay.”

“This is a gem - beautiful boutique style hotel . One of the best value for money hotels I’ve stayed in Vietnam… and I have stayed in a lot . Beautiful gardens and neat pool. Loved it ! ”

“Have a high hope for the place but I went from one surprised to another. The staff is friendly. However, the facility need maintenance and remodeling. The air conditioner is old school, it has no remote control, there is only panel control on the wall to adjust the temperature. DO NOT TRUST PICTURE THEY HAVE ON HERE,”

Rencontres avec les locaux, vaches et buffles qui sont partout lors nos promenades sans guide. Tente de style safari confortable, les repas au restaurant très bien, surtout le petit déjeuner. Accueil plus que excellente par tout le personnel du campement. ”

“Three days and two nights to go to a wedding. Door to the bathroom does not shut.”

“Staff are friendly, room small but clean. Bathroom too small & bad design, door couldn't close properly. We stay for 3 days but only had breakfast 1 day as the restaurant is renovating so terrible breakfast was ordered from next door. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast for next 2 days.”

“Hotel reception was presentable, but the hallway on each floor was really old /dirty. All rooms, except one on 4th floor , without windows. Therefore there’s mead smell as we walked in, even though the room was clean with wood/plastic floor. We paid extra to get room with window, which helped a lot. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating whatever we requested. We had to ask for everything incl housekeeping, water bottles, etc…we should not expect for more with the price we had paid……
