"Great location for the Bossonet lifts and easy walk into the village. This was my first stay in the apartments of the complex (rather than the hotel). The 2 bed apartment was functional and clean, albeit could do with some updating to provide more comfort. Having said that I would stay again, due to the overall ambience and convenience. Free and secure underground car parking was very useful. "

"This is a lovely hotel in a good location for the ski slopes (walking distance to the Bossonet lift even with skis and boots, but there is also the option of the free hotel shuttle to get down to the slopes, and then you get the village free ski bus to get back to the hotel at the end of the day if you want to). The hotel staff stand out as being particularly good. Extremely courteous, quick to action any issues, and always someone available to help. We had an unfortunate issue with the people in the neighbouring room to ours, but the reception staff were very quick to try and sort the problem or find an alternative solution. Valet parking in the hotel's car park was beneficial and worth the 18EUR per night charge to avoid having to find a parking space outside. Can't comment on the bar, breakfast or spa as didn't use any of these services. Ski rental was excellent, good equipment and friendly staff member. Rooms were very clean, with good facilities. Soundproofing between rooms is not great (we could clearly hear people in the rooms next to us) but that isn't a fault of the hotel. Overall a very good stay, the hotel is clearly popular and also appears to be popular with families as we saw lots of children around. Overall a very good staf"

"Great location for local amenities and access to explore the area. We had a fabulous holiday!Parking and access good. We enjoyed using the pool. The property was cosy but with enough space for 5 of us and the children are adult height. The double rooms were a good size. The children (13 and 16) were fine in the single beds upstairs/attic room. 2 showers worked well with plenty hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed for self catering although we did enjoy some meals out in the village.With a bus stop so close we would definitely consider returning for skiing too."

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "
