「For DC and the prices it was good. Arrived to no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The kitchen supplies is minimal. The house itself needs lots of love. The management did a very good job of getting toilet paper and towels bonus the next day.」

「This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals.
Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,」

「We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect, as it was close to the museums we visited in DC. The house was clean and fit our family well. We had a couple things we had to reach out to the hosts about, but they were quick to respond and very helpful. The only thing that did not work for us was the private parking space, which seemed a little small/tight for my sister's van, so we parked on the street out front.」
