「Awful. House was 95F/35C on arrival. If 80F or more outside, house was an oven. No fans, no curtains, still an oven late at night. The internet router is locked away in a cabinet that "local" property management does not have a key to, nor indeed was aware of. So after a storm, went on without internet but asked repeatedly (and owner came to property two days later allegedly to drop off key, but instead just helped himself to the shed. No key!). The call center in San Francisco has helpful...

「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...
