「We loved the cottage and will be back again. We loved how everything in town is in walking distance, and there are so many places to see angst things to do within 30 minutes. We were in town for a high School bass tournament. There is plenty of room for a boat and trailer, and external outlets on the garage to charge overnight.」

「My nephew got married over memorial day weekend and my family needed a place to stay that allowed dogs. I’m so happy we found this home. 「We have stayed in Lake City many times as it is one of our favorite places to visit and relax but this by far is our favorite place to stay. The house is beautiful and the location couldn't be better, not to mention the hosts are so gracious. The little extras like the yard games and bikes were an added bonus. Thank you Sandy and Eric for making our vacation so relaxing!」

「There were 9 of us gals that stayed(Red Hat) group and the property was very nice, impressed with how spotless the place was and accommodations were great for our size of group. House well stocked with what you need(kitchen/bath etc) The Host, Brett, was wonderful to work with and addressed things immediately if we had a question. We met the cleaning gal, and she was wonderful. Very happy with our stay and the house. Highly recommend!」

「The barn was great. The location was very close to a number of small towns that had fun things to do. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was quiet upstairs but helpful and available by text. She stopped out once to make sure the dogs weren't bothering us... They weren't. My kids loved playing fetch with them. We didn't get to use the fire pit because it was so windy, but we would definitely come back next time we're in the area.」
