“Thank you to the staff who checked us in. She was very accommodating as we had a dog with us. He's our family and she treated him as such. Room was very clean, smells clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely keep staying here when visiting Lutsen.”

Although the check-in process was easy, there was no interaction between hotel management and guest for neither check in nor check out.”
