“Nice cabin”

“☺️”

“Staff was the only thing that stood out 100% the best. Cabin 16 was a disgrace, very poor , needs maintenance bad, Air con filters need cleaning badly disgusting, Stove is 50 years old , rubbish , Fire hose falling from the outside wall , stairs are dangerous loose anti slip on tread, Tooth brush on ledge in shower cubical and medication plunger on bunk bed from previous people who stayed there , Shower rose needs replacing, Had to have the park maintenance guy come to fix the……

“I arrived at 1pm and it state check in to Cabins was 2pm. As I walked in the lady behind counter was not friendly at all and just say "check in is at 2pm and say come back" More important all cabins was already cleaned as we asked the lady that was cleaning a cabin so no delay there. we have travelled 1200km and that service was appalling. Most places would have let us in unless there was still issues with the cabin. We then came back at 2:45pm and office door was locked. Must say never seen……

“Because the cabin I booked was unavailable, I got upgraded to a better cabin. The park is in a fairly good location. The cabin I was upgraded to was self-contained, clean, comfortable, with a modern shower and kitchen. It is a large park though, so for some other guests it may be a bit of distance to use the communal activities. There is also the added……

“Our Superior cottage was excellent. Spacious & beautifully renovated. So comfortable with everything needed for a short or long stay. Lots of storage too. The lovely new bathroom had an awesome, large shower - very luxurious. The location is exceptionally quiet on the edge of Broken Hill, but only a short drive to the centre of town with lots of cafes, clubs & eateries & shops. Lots to see & do in the area. Highly recommend.”
