「This property’s location can’t be beat! The balcony patio is incredible, the beds were comfortable, the ac kept us cool during a very hot and humid weekend, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, mugs, etc. We would stay here again. 」

「My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Getaway very much! It was so clean and bright. Wonderful views of Lake Como and grounds. We didn’t have much time to explore and the kids were definitely disappointed we didn’t get to the pool, but it was wonderful. Very well appointed. Great job Monica!」

The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. There was plenty of parking for our whole group and it was about a 15 minute walk to a small neighborhood "beach" and playground. Would recommend and would stay...

「Perfect location, shops nearby, old home with charm.... first floor bathroom was a Jack and Jill bathroom for two bedrooms, so not easily accessible from the third bedroom or other common areas. Bathrooms have been renovated and were very nice. Two kitchens, downstairs equipped with everything you need. Bjorn was a very responsive host. Overall a great place for a girls weekend!!」

「Had a wonderful stay for my friend’s bachelorette party! Clean, beautiful house in a lovely lake neighborhood. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms, and a spacious basement for a game or movie night. Though we didn’t have time to use it, there’s a really nice fire pit in the backyard. Loved this house!」

「What a lovely place!! It has been renovated and it is simply beautiful!! I certainly love all the little extras too, ie comfy blankets and pillows! 「I would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the pool, walked around town, walked to the beach, and basically ate, drank, and shopped our way through Lake Geneva. It was nice to have access to the facilities at The Cove, but also the easy check in and out and personalization of renting the condo from Sal and Annie. 」

「This was a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend! Having a restaurant/bar right next-door with great food and pizza is an added plus. The owner was excellent in communicating with us. We had to play it hour by hour on whether or not we were going to rent their pontoon due to the weather,and he was great about that. 」

「Great outdoor space for all the kids and we loved being so close to town. The only complaint from many of my siblings was the bed. The mattress toppers were either too hot or the bed was lumpy. Otherwise, a great trip! 」
