Great house, nice lake view. Cozy

The house was very nice and very clean. Had a warm cozy feel to it. Was close to all amenities in split rock. Walking distance to play grounds and the Hub. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend .

The house is nice and cozy. We did have a few hours without electricity due to a storm but they had board games in the house, which was amazing! A lake is near, but we chose to go to another lake ~25 min drive away, with sandy beaches

Very nice stay; come prepared

Stayed with a team of co-workers for a ladies retreat. Overall we had a wonderful time - the house was clean and it was a good place for us to just hang out and relax. For future visitors - be aware that the kitchen is small - not room for more than one, maybe two, to work in there at a time. Pots and pans were limited, as were cooking utensils/tools; if you plan to cook for a group of any size, it's tough. Some of the amenities listed as provided were not provided in a quantity appropriate for a house that sleeps 10. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom (which equals two), a very small amount of watered-down hand soap, no dish soap, and limited wash clothes. Again, a very nice house, just come prepared if you are filling the beds.

A perfect spot in Lake Harmony

The house was extremely cozy and comfy. Very beautiful house and even with 9 guests, it still felt roomy. It is located in a great spot in Lake Harmony. You're close enough to little food spots for a quick bit or drink, but far enough from the surrounding houses to enjoy a quiet night in if that's more your style. The host was always very speedy with answering back if any comments or questions came up before/during the stay. Everyone had such a good time. Would highly recommend this house.

Overall a great place to stay. Wonderful location, deer roaming the property, close to ski resorts and nicely updated. The house was dated in some ways and there were overlooked spots that needed cleaning but overall a great place to rent!

Beautiful Stay in the Poconos

This home was very cozy and well thought out. The pool and poker tables kept us busy for days. There was an abundant supply of salt, well heated rooms and a lot of good natural light. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay to the max!
