"Wonderful stay"

"We just wrapped up an incredible weekend at 10 Palms in Lake Havasu, and I honestly can’t say enough great things about this property.We had a group of 12 (4 adults, 6 kids under 18, and 2 in their 20s), and the home accommodated everyone perfectly. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both relaxing and hanging out as a group.The highlight of the trip was easily the negative edge pool—watching the sunset from there each evening was absolutely unreal. The views alone make this place worth it.For those bringing toys, this place is next level. The two large RV garages were perfect for storing our boat and SXS, which made the whole trip super convenient and stress-free.The home itself feels brand new with high-end upgrades throughout—you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail.And I have to give a huge shoutout to the host, Jay. His communication was unmatched from start to finish—responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless.This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. If we’re heading back to Lake Havasu, there’s no question—we’ll be staying at 10 Palms again.Highly, highly recommend!"

"This it was no more than 10 minutes from any thing you would want to do. Jason was an is very nice for a single traveler like myself. Nicely located in north Lake Havasu City with lots of entertainment, dinning and attractions close by. Check in communication was a breeze with Jason. Room was clean, cozy with a nice yard to hang out in. Highly recommend to anyone who will be in the area."

"From start to finish everything went smoothly with this immaculate rental. Great location and very comfortable living room, with the nicest couch perfect for a group visit. The mattresses and bedding were all so comfy too. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with large lots and is quiet. Chris made sure any question was addressed immediately in a friendly and professional manner. This was the perfect place for a girls trip with 5 of us. Everyone had their own bed. The sunsets we saw from the viewing deck were breathtaking. We would love to return to Lake Havasu and stay here again! "
