"Nice stop for one night - but very dirty and very used"

"We were very impressed with Island Suites hotel and will stay here again when we come back to Lake Havasu. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, loved the breakfast which had everything from pancakes, cereal, bagels and muffins and so much more."

"Not impressed with this stay. The single king bed I reserved was not available which I don’t understand.Isn’t that that part of making a reservation, which I did? The pool was out of service once again. I think It has been down the last 3 times I have come here which is not good when it’s 90 degrees outside. There was a massive cockroach in my bathtub on day 2 and the tv has a poor picture and has static/distortion on the screen. "
