Picturesque water views from living room, kitchen and main bedroom! Complete remodel, all new everything! Great central location, everything you need or want within walking distance. Famous London Bridge, Lake Havasu Channel, Rotary Park with Lake access for paddleboarding, kayaking and more, Golf Course, Restaurants, Movie Theater all just minutes away. Condo is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, and private washer/dryer.

The unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped for short or long stays. Community amenities include: covered parking (with extended size spots for boats or RVs), gated entry, heated pool with 2 hot tubs, large lobby to meet with neighbors, shared gas grills, and elevators.

We added Lake Havasu to our Spring trip this year. It didn’t disappoint. The location of the condo is great. So many things within walking distance. The pool area and grills were a great addition to the accommodations. Condo was well stocked with everything and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Lake Havasu Gem
We stayed in Sam's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunrise and sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sam

Fantastic Location & View
We had a blast. This condo had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for Desert Storm, we were in walking distance of the Canal & many great places to eat. Would absolutely return & stay at this condo again. The property was also very secure which was nice & comforting. This condo was also a really fast Uber ride away from many other fun places to eat & the other events at Desert Storm, such as the street fair.

Lovely views of the golf course and river, condo was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable but would have liked better window coverings as a lot of light come through. Furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time there as much as when seeing Lk Havasu City. Host was great at communicating anytime we had a question.
