Amazing backyard

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu home! The highlight for our whole family was definitely the backyard — it’s even better than the pictures. The pool was perfect for both relaxing and playing, and the waterslide was a huge hit with the kids.

Fun weekend

My family really enjoyed the house, but it really needed a handyman to do a walk-thru to fix several items that were broken and needed repair. The pool was fantastic for the kids. Overall, we had a great time.

Great backyard

We loved hanging out in the pool all day, with the temps being over 30 celcius each day we didnt even notice the pool wasn't heated. The adult beds are very firm and nice. Communcation with the host was amazing, she was always very quick to answer questions.

Great backyard

The backyard at this house made our vacation! The pool was great with a water slide and swim up bar. The hot tub was super warm. We were there in early March so we paid to have the pool heated which was well worth it but the pool temperate was so comfortable that we were able to spend a lot of time in the pool even on the chilly days. We used the grill in the recessed cooking area a lot and always dined out on the patio. The house itself was clean and furnished well with plenty of bathrooms for everyone but the backyard is what makes this house so fun.

Awesome pool and fun for relaxed families

The pool was incredible and so easy to use. The kids loved every bit of the backyard. The house could use some improvements and definite repairs. The biggest practical issue was the back door knob. It wouldn’t turn from the outside and was frustrating. A few updates could really elevate the experience (new dining room chair cushions, shower curtains, and declutterring the laundry area) All in all, the house was sufficient, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool was all we could have asked for.

fantastic back yard

nice fully stocked kitchen. bedrooms all good size. Loved the backyard with so many amenities. Had a few issues with the living room tv and the dryer. The interior furniture is a bit outdated but the couuches were very comfortable. Good wifi speed.Beds were firm and prefect for us. We recommend staying here to anyone looking.

Quick Getaway

This house is the perfect place if you're looking for some outdoor fun in the pool. It is just as pictured and described! We were only going to be in Havasu for 1 day so I really focused on a nice pool and backyard when searching for homes as we were planning to spend most of our time there. Upon arrival the check in process was super easy, house was clean and very spacious for a family of 7. As mentioned above we spent most of our time outside in the pool and bbq area. We had requested for the pool to be heated ahead of time and had no issues with that. My kids really enjoyed the slide feature and I enjoyed the swim up bar and hot tub while my husband did some grilling. In order to control all the pool and spa features you need to download an app and do it from there. I am a bit technology stupid so I messaged Kay to help me out and she took care of everything remotely within minutes. Aside from the wonderful house experience Kay was also amazing, I did not meet her but she was readily available to answer all my questions during my stay. We will definitely be coming back, it trully is a little hidden oasis.
