The owners were super responsive with any questions. The hot tub worked great and had the best views morning and night. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan).
