"Rom is nice but I’d prefer it to be brighter with more lights. Bathroom decor is a bit dated but acceptable. The highlight is the breakfast where all bread choices are exceptionally tasty! Would love to come again just for the bread! Of course, location is unbeatable."

"The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning."

"Nos toco una tipica buhardilla, con una vista espectacular al rio Reuss y al famoso puente de la capilla. El lugar espectacular en todos los sentidos para los que aprecian un lugar tipico como es todo en Lucerna."
