「Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Nothing beats walking onto your boat to go fishing at 6am and then coming home for a relaxing brunch by the water. Sue is a wonderful host. All the neighbours are friendly and Marks Point has a really strong community. The two local cafe's are both amazing. We did have one small problem with people using the jetty without permission and respect of the guests. Sue managed the issue very well which is all we can ask. 」

「Everything in the house was set up well. The location was perfect, just a couple of hundred metres away from the shops and eateries. The trip to the wineries was an easy 10 minute ride.」

「My partner and I could not recommend this place more! It is secluded, yet a comfortable walk into town. The surrounding bushland and river make for such a beautiful location. The hosts couldn’t have been more wonderful and accommodating, we didn’t arrive until later in the evening and they had set the fire up for us, making the cottage warm, cosy and so inviting from the get-go. 「Absolutely love the location and Facilities as the place catered and provided for children and adults. Communication was easy and problems on site the groundskeeper was able to resolve right away. Kitchen equipment were limited but we were able to make do. Heated pool was still a bit cold so not ideal for winter time but the hot tub was lovely. Recommend for large groups with families as the kids were well entertained. 」

「It not often you get the accommodations you see in the pictures. Just it brought a tear of joy when we pulled up to the picture perfect cottage. Cozy beautiful set up. Everything ready on arrival even breakfast and the fireplace set for just a match needed. Clean, well maintained.」

「This cottage was the pefect getaway for our wedding anniversary. The spa and fireplace was a great setting during winter. Having the place allowing our puppy made this choice even better. 「Perfect location. Garden was gorgeous」

「It was beautiful and quiet and even though I booked for the wrong 2 nights, I was able to be accommodated with no trouble. Lovely, cheerful hosts. Would recommend for proximity to places in Pokolbin like Hope Estate, wineries, markets.」

「My family are having a very happy time here. It's a truly beautiful, peaceful place. As soon as my daughters got here they screamed because they loved it!! The sunset here was fantastic. My teenage daughters, my dog Winnie, and my husband and I had a very peaceful and relaxing time. For city dwellers, a place like this is a much-needed escape. Elena was also very friendly and easy to contact, so there were no inconveniences.」
