“Booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for my children. When I arrived to the pool had been closed the night before. I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. “Didn't eat the breakfast due to schedule conflict, Room was very nice, housekeeping was very nice! A little to much noise from other occupants running and slamming doors, I smelled cigarette smoke even though we had none smoking I personally can't take cigarette smoke so I'm hoping that it doesn't happen on my second stay.
