"Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and allowed early check-in on a day it was a snow emergency. Very convenient to Target Center with skywalks. Breakfast was good and they actually were filling up food until scheduled end time. Price was good too. We will certainly stay here again when visiting downtown Minneapolis "

"I always stay here when I come to the twin cities. The desk staff is always so friendly and remember me. I appreciate that. The one thing that I do not like is the floors of the bathtubs are very slippery. They do not feel safe."

"There was one person working the front desk on Christmas day and there were long lines trying to check in. She handled it all with patience and a smile. "

The breakfast was amazing, but, should be included in your stay. $16+ per person, but you really only eat about $5 worth of food. $3 water bottles for members-only in the rooms was also a turn-off. The staff gets an A+. Overall, this is a great stay. "

Valet parking was EXTREMELY helpful because we had no idea where we were going in the first place and weather was bad so it was great that we didn’t have to worry about the parking situation at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the valet parking staff. Thank you so much for making this a very relaxing stay for us. "
