「The condo was lovely--very clean and streamlined. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our host was very accommodating and accessible. He was attentive to the smallest detail--even ordering a new Brita filtration pitcher to our doorstep to replace the cracked one--very kind! We highly recommend this host and condo. :)」

「Teresa is an "above and beyond" Host. This made the stay really relaxing. The property is immaculate, full of everything you could ever need (really), and has an amazing view and an outdoor patio/porch to enjoy the views. Property was an easy 18 min to Sundance for Zip Line rides and MTB riding. There is a trail network that goes everywhere, literally, 2 blocks from the property. I rode my bike on this paved network all the way to Deer Creek Reservoir. I will be staying with Teresa again....

「The stream, the house, the views! What can I say? We had an absolutely wonderful time here. We’re so close to so many trails, parks and waterfalls. 「We visited Provo for a family function. This house was a great stay for our group. Three bedrooms were perfect, and the beds are cozy. The check in was seamless and the amenities are plentiful. The location was near family and the location for our special function. The location is also near shopping and restaurants. Super convenient.」

「The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week.」

「Traveled for a baseball tournament and it was PERFECT! We are a family of 4 (2 kids 14 and 12 yo). The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, we never felt cramped for space. PROS -Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer made everything easy.
