A hidden gem

Although off the beaten track near lake Tahoe, this home is a lovely little cabin. Clean, comfortable and quiet, it is the ideal mountain getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent & Clean House in Tahoe

My wife and I had a great stay. The property is clean, is well stocked, and very comfortable. Communication was great and the entire check in and check out process was easy. Thanks for a great stay - we'll definitely book again.

Great, cozy house in Meyers!

We stayed here for a week in the summertime with our dog and had a great time. The house was clean and really well stocked and the backyard worked out great.

Beautiful cozy Home

I highly recommend this home. It’s super cozy, quiet location, Hot tub is awesome. Walking distance to snow park. Loved it! Definitely renting this home again.

Phenomenal place, great communications

We loved our family stay in Meyers! What a great location - a cozy corner just off the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe, but convenient enough that everything is just a short car ride away. Impeccable, well-stocked property with plenty of amenities, and truly excellent communications. Dog-friendliness a huge plus! No ridiculous check-out procedures, just a great place to stay!

Anniversary tradition

This was the second time my husband and I stayed here. Last year was our one year anniversary. We brought our two fur babies both times. I think they remembered the house from last time. We had a very comfortable stay. It was very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We’ll definitely try to book next year for our third anniversary.

Lake town cottage

Was very happy with the recently remodeled two bedroom. A desk in every room for remote working. A standing desk in the living room with a big monitor, webcam, keyboard so all the accessories. Kitchen had lots of cooking utensils and the hot tub was delightful even for July. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of dogs around. A great park is less than half mile away for walking. Location out to highway 50 super easy and walking distance to several restaurants.

Most houses in Tahoe don’t have air conditioning and this is one of those houses. It was a little stuffy and if we were staying longer, we would have reached out for some fans. Reviewer Comments: The house was 15 min from downtown without any of the traffic and noise.The space is itself is as advertised and we had a great stay.having the washer and dryer available was amazing. My only suggestions are to provide fans as the week we were there it was in the 90s and took a bit for the house to cool downeven after the sun had set. Also would recommend a travel rack to put a suitcase in the room where the closet locks. Iwould highly recommend and my family will rebook for our next trip!

Great small house

Many positives. The house was clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable.Having the fenced backyard was a major plus for our two dogs.As older folks who always look for accessibility and single story homes, one issue was that the height of the side of the bathtub made it difficult to access. Handrails at the entryways and grab bars in the bathroom would be a definite plus to this home. The spa was more accessible than the shower, unfortunately. That said, we enjoyed the visit and the quiet neighborhood.

Peaceful

The house is as listed. The neighborhood and neighbors were very nice. My favorite part was that it was 5 minutes or less from Lake Tahoe golf course, and a few blocks from a park that housed a lake that my pup absolutely loved. Backyard could use some grass or more complete landscape, but doesn’t ruin the experience. I feel the house was equipped with everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better get away. We also liked that it was outside of the busy hustle of downtown stateline, in fact we explored and found a whole new side to Lake Tahoe which was a great and unexpected surprise. Pup loved the huge pine cones, would have loved to be able to stay out back the whole time, but I am assuming not safe with the bears that can visit. Thank you for sharing this gem, would highly recommend for spring and fall!

Very well stocked kitchen including a coffee grinder for the person who picked up beans instead of ground 🤦🏽‍♀️ Bed was comfortable and had warm bedding. As we travelled with our dog the fully fenced garden was a must which is sometimes hard to find in a woodland setting. But best of all is the hot tub, great for soothing the muscles after exploring by hiking or cycling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast. Arrived and got into the house with no issues. Was so thrilled to have a nice handwritten note and gift from the owners! The backyard was perfect for our two kids under 5 and little dog. And the best part is that it snowed a couple of days after we arrived, so they got to experience it all. The booking company sent us a ton of confirmation emails and called me so there was no confusion about any of the check in details. Furniture was good, place was clean and very new looking. There were some locked cabinets (for cleaning supplies I think) but we really had no complaints at all. Would def come back and highly recommend!
