“I don't know if it's an app issue with VRBO or not but we did not get very good information on how to get into the gated community. We lucked out and someone hit the button and we drove through. Also it should be noted this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. If we would have seen this in the description we would not have booked this one. I have a heart condition and my friend has knee issues. With the heat and climbing the stairs it was not a good combo for us. I figured it was too late to……
