Private Studio Suite

Perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to visit the peaceful city of Lakeland. Located about 40 minutes from Tampa and an hour from Orlando, in the family friendly area of Lakeland Highlands. There’s nearby trails, grocery stores, convenience stores and eateries. Polk Parkway is less then 10 minutes away, it’s the quickest route to get to i4. The suite includes a private entrance with full bathroom and backyard area. Free Parking Space(s). Flexible & Contactless Entry. A comfortable king size bed awaits you for your stay. Have access to your own AC. Your own private full bathroom, extra towels can be provided if needed. Workout equipment as well as yoga mats are provided for your use. Closet space for your belongings. Cleaning supplies provided, as well as a iron, flat board and hangers. Fully fenced and partially covered backyard area for your enjoyment and pups that may come along as well. Coffee necessities and ice maker.

It is quite small but adequate for our needs. Didn't think there was a pool but apparently it's a neighbor hood pool. Always raining so didn't investigate. Quiet and very clean. Bed comfortable too

Couldn’t have been better!

I highly recommend this location. It was clean, quiet, and just what we were looking for while we visited friends for a week in Lakeland. Perfect for 2 people. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Lakeland!!

Great experience. The only suggestion that I have it to place better lighting above the lock so you can see the numbers better to enter the code. Minor suggestion. Won’t affect my desire to stay there again. Nice stay and reasonably priced. Thanks!!!
