"Room was supposed to be newly renovated, it wasn’t. Charged stuff to the room, they took the money and held the same amount of money in pending. Raccoons spotted multiple times on my floor trying to eat stuff with poop all over the stairs. Was not what we planned for at all. The water slides were cool."

"Stayed at Westgate Resorts recently. The price honestly wasn’t bad, so I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the rooms definitely felt outdated and could use some remodeling. The atmosphere around the resort was also a little rough/chaotic at times compared to what we expected. Staff was fine overall, but the property just felt older than it looks online. Decent for a budget stay, but manage your expectations."

"Only garbage can in th room was in the bathroom, nothing in the living area. No lounge/occasional seating in living area. plenty of room for something to sit in other than the bed and desk chair. Missing Do not disturb sign for door, unless there is another way to advise, we were not aware. Resto food was good, except for the pepper sauce on the steak frites. coagulated gravy with hardly a pepper flavor. when sent back to kitchen, chef disagreed, so I guess its my taste, otherwise all else fine Service at pool was scarce for a slow period of the day 4-6 pm, while bar was busy (happy hour) never had anyone come to ask us for a drink, had to go to bar to retrieve Facility is nice, clean, will consider especially in NYC, and Mexico for future. All in all a positive experience for what we needed for this weekend."

"We went there as a family of 5, 2 adults, 6 yo, 9 yo and 2 months old. Cottages are very far from everything… If you don’t come to the pool at 8 am you won’t be able to take a chair with umbrella.. Inside a cottage were ants everywhere Water park is just a water park .. with hours in lines … We left 1 day earlier and will Never return"

"I dont have to return. we stayed 4 nights, room was only serviced 1 time after we had to ask on day 3. we had to ask 2 times for at least towels to be brought over. they showed up after 830 at night. not sure what the 44 per night resort fee covered since getting a clean room didnt happen. then an additional 17 per night car fee. not a fan of this particular embassy suites"
