Built in 2017, this rustic design prow front chalet is located in the secluded Briar Hills community of the Northern Poconos just over 2 hours from the NYC and Philadelphia areas. Just a short walk from the lake, the main living area has soaring cathedral ceilings, knotty pine and wooden beams, huge windows to enjoy the view, a dramatic floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, hand scraped hardwood floors and a gorgeous kitchen as well as 2 guest bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry facilities. In addition to master bedroom and en suite, the 2nd level has a loft including sleeper sofa that doubles as office space. Disregarding pack n' play, we can comfortably sleep 9 with the ability to accommodate 11 with provided air mattress. Finally, the walkout finished lower level has an amazing family room, 2nd gas fireplace and dry bar perfect for entertaining or relaxing over a movie.
3 4K TV's with Roku's including complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO, Showtime, and others. In addition, full Xfinity TV services (via app), DVD player and Wii U available on lower level TV.
Unlike many places on the lake, we provide clean linens (6 beds + 1 air mattress), bathroom towels and starter supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. We hope to save you the time, aggravation and cost of supplying a house on your first day of vacation. Please consider that our cost includes these items while many other houses do not.
