Newly remodeled 3 bedroom furnished house. Huge kitchen with brand new appliances. Large living area with fireplace. Conveniently located on Hwy 32 with direct access to Nicolet state recreational trail. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Please, no pets and no smoking!
Located less than 1 mile from Chain Lakes public boat landing in Lakewood, 1 mile from Cathedral Pines State Natural Area,
8.7 miles from Potowatomi Casino in Carter, and 6.5 miles from Waubee Lodge.

Friends Getaway

Had a larger group of friends looking to get together for a weekend in Lakewood. This property had plenty of parking and sleeping accommodations. The pictures don’t do it justice for how much room this place has.

Spacious family getaway

House & location were great for our family. Loved the sunny, well-equipped kitchen. New carpeting, bath towels and skillets are much needed and door to the basement and garage that were directly off the twin bedroom was odd. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks for sharing your home!

we needed a spot close to our grandparents to sleep for the weekend. instructions were clear, place was very clean and ready for us, loved that there were fans in every room. didn’t need the air conditioner. everyone got a bed and it served our purpose perfectly. highly recommend

A Surprisingly Nice Stay

This VRBO was well represented on the website where we made our reservation. The only real issue I had with it was the steps that had to be climbed to get into the home. Unfortunately this put a damper on the stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to function well.

3rd visit

This was our 3rd time staying and riding the UTV trails. My husband loves the set up with the big garage and being able to park the trailer and UTV inside. The host always answers my questions promptly and it serves our needs of a clean spacious place with the trails close by. I am sure we will return.

Location was amazing!

We stayed here with a few friends for a wedding at Waubee Lake Lodge, but the location and access for ATV/snowmobiles cannot be beat! The home was clean, had nice amenities and couldn’t have been better!

Family Wedding with extended getaway

The property was fantastic, very open concept from Kitchen to Livingroom which was huge, had a lot of seating and really nice fireplace. Appeared to be fairly new remodeled place, nice kitchen with everything you need if you are planning to have meals in. Had 2 bigger bedrooms and a smaller one with twin beds, was very family friendly. The location was perfect for us, was right off the highway but far enough in that you didn't worry about being too near it for the kids. We did an extended stay for a family Wedding, it was close enough to the venue, only 15 minute drive and there were lots of places that were a close drive to check out. We went to Twin Bridges Park and another Beach near Thornton's about 30 mins away. The firepit was great and there was nice area to set up your chairs and enjoy the evening. We had a great time!! I would stay here again as the area has lots of things to do if we had more time. The host was very nice and helpful and answered questions in a timely manner.

2 day getaway to ride the trails

We were pleasantly surprised of how spacious and nice it was. My husband went in first and I could here him say "wow,this is really nice". Our main purpose was to ride the trails and this was perfect for our needs. The trails were right there and my husband loved he could park the trailer, truck and UTV in the shed. The host answered all my questions ahead of time in a very timely manner. We will definitely be looking to book again.

Great property!!

We will definitely be staying again!! Everything was amazing. Somehow miss communication happened and house keeping hadn’t been done when we arrived and Joy was amazing to have it done quickly and even compensated us for the inconvenience. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It was an amazing but of course went to fast weekend, if available we will definitely stay again!

Fourth Year Staying Here! Amazing Place!!

This is my fourth year in a row booking this place. My buddies and I love that we don’t have to worry about the weather because even if it rains (which it did during our trip) the property has a VERY large garage space to use with high enough ceilings for games like bag toss, etc. Comminication with the host is rarely necessary and she’s always great about answering the phone immediately if we need anything. One word to the host: the regulator on the grill is busted which prevents the grill from maintaining enough heat to cook food. Every other year the grill has worked perfectly but it’s at the end of its life and should be replaced. We weren’t able to grill our meat. Not the end of the world, and this is probably the first you’re hearing of this problem. Other than that, it’s just an amazingly comfortable place to have a fun weekend with beaches, bars, restaurants, rafting nearby and ATV trails directly behind the property!
