"It’s ironic that there’s a bible in the drawer given the price they charge for very poor product/service. I arrived at 6pm to be told that the room wasn’t ready. When I politely asked for an ETA, the guy just shrugged and said he couldn’t help. This sums up the service experience. Add to that no WiFi or other signal so completely cut off from the world. There is no food offering nearby and the restaurant was unable to accommodate a full hotel and they didn’t have room service, so I went to bed hungry. Final straw was realising they didn’t have hair dryer in the room, and after waiting 20 mins to have one delivered after conversation with reception, I had to run over to the main building with wet hair in the freezing cold, to collect it myself. They were quite apologetic, but I would rather they fix/prevent issues, rather than apologise for it. I think the lack of standards stem from lack of competition in the area."
"It was difficult to know where the registration desk was. The signage could definitely be better.
The personnel working were very nice and helpful.
The hotel does not have elevators and thus you have to lug your stuff up stairs.
The worst thing was the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors when they yell a profanity at 11 PM.
Overall… this is a Super 8 and is about what I would expect from them. The personnel there are very nice and helpful."
Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the property, it’s a motel so you drive right up to the room. Very clean, loved everything about if. The shower was small but that’s absolutely the only negative I can say. This is a great motel."
"The Antler Lodge offered stunning Mountain View’s in this king suite with separate bedroom. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lobby coffee and hot water/tea cart helped for morning and afternoon sips. The property is an easy walk to town, grocery store and restaurants. We recommend Antler Lodge and will stay here again."
"Poor experience. Shower area wasn’t clean. No creamer, no coffee packets, no room service/cleaning despite request. Refrigerator didn’t work. I get it that there are limited options for people wanting to stay inside the park but for over $450 per night, you got to do a better than a cheap motel."
"The room decor was not our thing. It has a kitchen but we didn’t use it so it didn’t bring value to us. The building is Old and just didn’t have a good feel for us. The room was functional and provided a place to stay so it was ok but would not stay there again. Seemed like a lot of money for place like this."
