「What a fantastic home to celebrate multiple special occasions all in one weekend! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful, newer neighborhood—and the home looked exactly like the photos: clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. 「One of the best short term leases in Lubbock. It is not very close to the University, but everything in Lubbock is 10 minutes away. Nice, friendly, and quiet neighborhood and street. All rooms nicely appointed. Smart TVs in every room. Bathrooms were clean and amply supplied with towels and travel size toiletries. We will be booking this location again when we travel to Hub City.」

「Best location for us to visit to see all family we have there. Literally most were 5 mins from us. Beautiful place. Well decorated, has a grill etc. beds are comfy! Love places that have a KING bed. Those places get our business! Will return 」

「My wife and I needed to stay for a few weeks in Lubbock while a family member was at UMC medical center. This house couldn’t have been better. It was clean, convenient, and the communication with the host was exceptional. We like cooking at home and the kitchen setup made that easy and enjoyable. Whether it be for a for days or a longer stay, this house will be great. 」

「Great home, very cozy. We did not use much in the home since we were barely in it but they had everything if we needed it! Only thing I would say is their cleaning crew needs to check entire home, as previous guests left bags of trash in garage since there was no dumpster, so it was starting to smell bad. But I am sure it will be corrected when city brings new ones. Other than that, will definitely think of them again when I return!」

「Very roomy and comfortable! All the dishes, cookware, linens, bed pillows and towels you will need! Super nice host. She was available 24/7, but we never had to call for anything! Nice location. Nice big laundry room and 2 car garage. The mattress in the master BR was comfortable, but the adilts who slept in the twin beds said they weren't comfortable. Nice spacious back yard. I will book again if I go Lubbock!」

「The property is brand new. Very nicely decorated with everything you need! We loved it and we have family in Shallowater we plan to visit more so we would definitely book it again!」

「We would highly recommend this property! It was just perfect for our family gathering in Lubbock, to celebrate our son’s graduation from Texas Tech! The host thought of everything in the house, and added so much more than a normal VRBO rental! Beds were super comfortable and all photos are representative of this very nice and new house!
