Les Guessiaux - Lamballe-armor

Your vacation rental includes on the first floor of the owners' house, with independent entrance: large living room with fitted kitchen area and living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) and (2 beds 90x190), large bathroom (shower - wc, washing machine and dryer). Small veranda, sheltered terrace and private garden at the gable end of the house. Parking at the back of the house. In the countryside, in a relaxing environment, this spacious apartment will be a pleasant address for holidays on the Côte de Penthièvre. You will be warmly welcomed by Carole and Florian who will advise you on all the curiosities to discover near the gîte: starting with Lamballe (5 km, TGV station), City of art and history which is distinguished by its alleys and streets lined with by its half-timbered houses, its National Stud Farm which organizes great events every Thursday in season. Do not miss a visit to the Mathurin Méheust Museum, a famous painter who described Brittany well at the beginning of the 20th century. For seaside enthusiasts, you can easily reach the beautiful seaside resort of Pléneuf-val-André (27 km) with its large dyke of more than 2 km, its shops, its casino, its thalassotherapy. You will then extend to Erquy (34 km) its 10 beaches, its Cap which you can discover by hiking on the GR 34. Cap Fréhel at 41 km.

Un grand merciii à Carole et Florian de votre accueilChaleureux et de toutes les douceurs du territoire.Nous avons passé d agréable vacances dans un cadre "vive la campagne" verdoyant une tranquillité que nous recherchions pour nos vacances. Le gîte est parfait plus que plus !! Très très bien équipée pour passer de bonne soirées avec nos jeunes et idéal pour visiter cette belle région que nous découvrons.
