Very well equipped cottage with very nice amenities. Nice location, very convenient to New Hope. Host communication excellent. Overall a great place to stay in an area that has so much to offer
We had a great time staying here and being close to the town and bridge gave us more opportunities to get out and explore. House was kept nice and cool for relaxing. Cute seating area outside the front door. No TV in living room area if you’re planning on staying in.
The property was as described in VRBO. The place was impeccable clean and decorations were well appointed. the beds were heaven. After wandering around town it was nice to be surrounded by luxurious linens and a comfy bed. The location was within walking distance to the towns of Lambertville and New Hope. Coffee & pastry shops were not in short supply in addition to great restaurants. It was a perfect place for our ladies of leisure to gather, gab & dine over three days. I would definitely recommend this cottage. Regards, Helen
Loved this charming old house in Lambertville. It has a lot of charme and is a 5 min walk to downtown Lambertville w/o being right in the middle of all the traffic and commerce. First floor has a nice living room/dining room kitchen flow and upstairs there are two nice size rooms w/ plenty of light. Decor of the house is nice and we felt right at home. We celebrated a friends birthday and this house was perfect for that occasion. Plenty of time spend in the house as well as in town shopping, dining and sightseeing. Had the weather been a little warmer then we would have done a lot more walking along the river. Will definitely return again if I have the opportunity to. .

Sweet, Lovely, and Perfect for a Weekend Getaway
This house was a perfect spot for a girl's weekend! The house was in a great location in Lambertville, which made it easy to walk into town and cross the bridge into New Hope. Once we parked the car, it stayed parked. We parked on the street since we were driving an SUV since we didn't quite fit into the parking space. However,, it was not an issue as parking was available in front of the house. Once inside, we could feel the history embrace us. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with contemporary and vintage furnishings. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for socializing and eating some nosh. The steps to the upstairs were narrow, but not an issue. We loved the cork decorations on the steps. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The second bedroom was beautiful, and the trundle bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of mirror space and had toiletries available. The water pressure in the shower was tremendous, and the shower head was adjustable. With the weather so beautiful, we were happy that we chose to stay on the Lambertville side, which was much more peaceful and less congested. We ate at Under the Moon Cafe, Havana, and Lambertville Station, all of which were within walking distance and served delicious food.If you are looking for a quiet spot to stay yet connected to the New Hope community, this is the spot. It is perfect for an adult getaway. We had a lovely, relaxing, and much-needed girl time!!
Perfect weekend getaway with friends! Walkable distance,Comfortable accommodations,Clean and uncluttered with everything we needed. Extra on street parking was a plus too. Thank yiu.

Lovely Lambertville
Had to leave early unfortunately but loved every about the place
Larger TV could be a boost
Walking distance to Bridge Street! Cozy and charming cottage! Plenty of room and clean. We loved it! Lots of fresh Towels & great body wash provided. Coffee & Chocolates were a nice touch as well! ❤️off street parking too.
Three daughters and a mom stayed for a girl’s weekend. It was perfect for us. Not super close to town but it was an easy drive. Only one bathroom and it’s upstairs. Was a little difficult
The place was quite charming. Proximity and walking distance to downtown is exceptional. You can be to just about anywhere within downtown Lambertville within 10-12 minutes. Hosts are quite responsive.
The house is quite beautiful, lots of details. We’d recommend brighter lighting and disclose that the TV is a tiny one located in the far corner of kitchen toward ceiling, making it unconducive to LRoom movie watching.
We had everything we needed. Door code/lock was a little confusing. At times you could hear the downstairs occupants not a big deal to us but I know some don’t like that. Good communication, text or call the number that they give, the “evolve” team never responded in the app. But once we texted quick response was taken. Would stay again, thanks!
Cute little cottage with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Most importantly to us, the house was CLEAN! Master bedroom bed was comfortable with nice linens. We didn’t need the second bedroom as there were only two of us. Bathroom was a good size, clean and had very nice, soft and clean smelling towels… plenty of them too! Kitchen was clean and well stocked. It is an older home and a little quirky, but very charming. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance to Lambertville and New Hope. It’s a quick drive to Peddlers Village in Lahaska. Great communication with the owners. Would be happy to return!
