“This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area.”

“This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!”

“The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.”

“This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. There is a sand island just across from the house, accessable by kayak. There are several kayaks to use, and a couple of life vests, but no……

“There was 4 in our party--family--and we stayed Monday and left Friday. Check in is at 4pm & check out is 10am. Entrance to the house---stairs were ok, but watch your kids-This house was clean, and had everything listed on amenities. King size bed in master bedroom was very comfortable--only thing is when AC came on it was hitting me on my face. Large bathroom with washer & dryer. Was not found of the faucet in bath---it sprayed water all over. Shower was very nice. There is another bedroom on……

“The house is tucked away in an older community of ranchettes. Nothing particularly interesting about the community other than being spacious and very quiet except for the occasional dog bark or chicken. The town of Liberty still feels like small town Texas but I doubt it’s going to stay comfortables way, as extensive road improvements in the area usually mean subdivisions are on the way. The good news is this house and neighborhood are insulated so you won’t see or hear it. The house is nice,……

“We stayed for a week and had a great experience. It being one of the first rentals for this place it was extremely smooth. Communicate was great. The trailer parking and boat slip is a little confusing so definitely request a diagram. Overall it was a 10/10 and we are looking forward to staying again.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. We paid to heat the pool and it was worth it. Easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommend Junction Prime for a special dinner. The food was surprisingly good! Great……

“This home is perfect! Fantastic appliances, clean & well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and spices. We had plenty of linens; good ones. Big living/dinning area. 10 of us had more than enough room to eat & lounge. There are beautiful views from the back of the house yet you still have privacy. The pool was amazing for those that couldn’t go down to the lake (2 month newborn). The landscape is beautiful. If I could give a 6 STAR I would. Our favorite place so far!!”

“This house is beautiful. Every room is a great size. Plenty of space for parking. The kitchen is well supplied. I love all of the windows. The view is perfect to see a lot of the lake. Lots of seating on the back porch and on the water. The one thing to be careful of is there are no screens on the windows so bugs came in. Very comfortable home. We are talking about going back next year.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean and decorated so cute, we really enjoyed our stay here, the cabin is in the backyard of the owner's house, we love communicating with people and are very friendly but the owners gave us our privacy, we had the place all to ourselves, we enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of wood for us, beautiful lights out in the back, Brian and his family really did a great job with this place, I tell you one thing if we ever……

“Nice place. Brand new, but my keys didnt work. The room doors were freshly painted and were sticking closed so much that I thought I'd been locked out. I had about 100 lbs of luggage as I work construction and was carrying tools. No one offered a cart or any help when i was clearly struggling to carry all of it. ”
