「The hardwares of the hotel are too old, and the breakfast is very simple 」

「Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again.」

「There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code.」

「the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours. 」

「It was a last minute booking that turned me into a returning renter. I enjoyed the contactless check in with keyless entry. It made it more home like. Definitely will book with them again. 」
