「The hardwares of the hotel are too old, and the breakfast is very simple 」

「A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc. For our first time staying...

「There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code.」

「the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours. 」

「It was a last minute booking that turned me into a returning renter. I enjoyed the contactless check in with keyless entry. It made it more home like. Definitely will book with them again. 」
